Company Information

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are handmade in Northern NJ by the owners of Iron Angel Leather.

Q: What is the quality of you leather?
A: We use only Full Grain and Top Grain Leather. These are among the best grades of leather you can buy.

Q: What is the difference between Full Grain Leather and Top Grain Leather.
A: Full grain leather comes from the top layer of the hide and includes all of the natural grain, while top grain leather has the outermost layer of the hide removed

Q: Where is your leather sourced?
A: We source our leather through humane tanneries in the USA and Italy.

Q: Do you have a guarantee on your products?
A: Yes, we do offer a guarantee on products we make and we stand behind our products. If you are the original purchaser and anything should happen such as stitching breaks, leather tears, rivets or snaps popping off, send it back and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will replace it to the best of our ability. Every item is unique and we may not be able to replace an item exactly. Our guarantee does not cover damages caused by you such as neglect, improper care, accidental damage or normal wear, tear and aging. Stains, Scratches, spills, etc. are not covered.Yes, we do offer a guarantee on products we make and we stand behind our products. Deliveries and Returns

Q: Can I have my shipment expedited?
A: Right now, we do not offer expedited shipping as a standard offering. If you need to have a product expedited please reach out to us prior to placing the order to see if we can accommodate your request.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 5 day return policy:

  • Must be in new un-used condition so we can resell it.
  • Must be one of our standard products and not a custom request or custom color.
  • Personalized products may not be returned.
  • Products must arrive back to Iron Angel Leather in new condition.
  • Return shipping back to Iron Angel Leather is paid for by you the customer.
  • Shipping must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • our refund or store credit will be issues upon receipt and evaluation of the product’s condition.

Orders and Payments

Q: What kinds of payments do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, plus we accept PayPal.

Q: Do you store my credit card or bank account information?
A: No, we do not have access to your information. This is handled by the payment provider in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
